"Snip goes your tie that you wore to work each day to ogle that adulterous bitch.
"Slash goes your shirt that you unbuttoned to press flesh to flesh at your despicably secret rendezvous."
"Splash goes the petrol."
"Scratch goes the match."
"May your soul burn in hell."

Viscious opening line :-D

Hope all is well Rob.
Hi Miladysa.
I'm massively busy at the moment with new, exciting and necessary projects running across all my web sites and the sites of other people who I am helping.
We live in a turbulent world. It is a time to run with the wind but, with application, all will not be lost and we may yet once again soar above the clouds.
When things calm down, I look forward to returning to writing the fiction I love and when the idea for a story arrives, usually the only way to get it off my mind is to give it birth on the page.
So it could be tomorrow or in three weeks. In the mean time, I have lots of other writing to keep me busy which is constantly pressing and my poor brain has a limit to what it can cope with at any one time.
See you soon :-)
Rob,
Thanks for visiting my blog.
Performance poetry is wonderful.I intend to do more of it. Brave, yes, but you will agree, life has to be grabbed by the collar.
Why not do flash fiction readings where you live?
Where are you? I am in New Delhi,India.
Best,
abha
Abha, if I did flash fiction performance readings in my local area, I suspect there would be mass heart attacks amongst those who are not yet the living dead but who are nevertheless still walking around because nobody could be bothered to bury them :-)
To explain, I live in a rural area in the South of England well known for being retired, retiring and dye in the wool conservative - West Somerset.
Innovation is something they talk about ... and then wait for somebody else to lead the way!
Good luck with your writing :-)
